Students with a payment upload, an approval, or an approved review dated this month stay active. Everyone else is blocked. A blocked student who paid this month is turned back on. Admins are skipped.
Removes student records that were never approved: Pending, Rejected, and waiting for a manual review. Approved, blocked, and admin accounts stay. Login accounts with no student record cannot be removed from the website.
Removes a lesson when its video link is gone. YouTube and Google Drive links are checked here. Zoom does not let this website read the recording page, so those lessons are left in place.
